At Silce London, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Tags (if applicable) must be attached

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare or haircare products

  • Products that have been unsealed after delivery

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions

  • Complimentary / PR products

  • Free gifts or samples included with your order

We also cannot accept returns for items that have been tampered with, damaged due to improper use, or have broken seals.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
